sometimes what's needed the most is emotional support, so we should all be able to help each other with that :)

Slow weight loss is usually the safest and les likely to go back on.

Since I've been on here I've (Thank God) been on track with my weight Wahoo
Just stick to this forum hehe =P
 
changing our behavior is the first and for most to make it permanent weight loss. So slow is good but patients is not one of my strong points
