Hi everyone. I'm new to this so writing a short hello. Figured if I started writing some of my progress it will help keep me on track (and accountable.) Started gaining weight 4 years ago when I got married. Now, I am up 71 pounds from that day. Just insane to me. I have "tried" multiple times to lose weight, but not really been dedicated or motivated. This is it. I want to lose 86 pounds before my 32nd birthday at the end of March, taking me to my goal weight of 135lbs. WOOHOO!!! Looking forward to this.
 
Welcome aboard. I suggest 1) reading through the stickies and 2) starting yourself a journal.
