Hi all, just found the forum whilst doing a bit of googling.

I'm 31 and after letting myself go for the last few years i decided as a new years resolution to get in shape.

Have been watching my calorie intake and doing a daily cardio session at moderate level for between 40mins to 1hr 30mins 6days a week and also working the weights/crunches/pressups alittle since Jan 1st.

I'm 5'9" and have gone from 182lbs - 158lbs :D

Hopefully over the next few months i can get the last bit of body fat off (hoping for 10%bf) and build a bit more muscle.

I look forward to spending some time on the forum!

I've not got a specific plan to get the last bit off, i reckon i'll have to nail the diet a bit more but thats about it (hopefully).
 
Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Do you have a plan for getting to that 10%bf or will that come later?
