Hey I am new to the forum. I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle and loss a "few" pounds. I decided to join the forum to maybe find some hope and motivation. I dont mind a little constructive criticism, so dont hold back. Looking forward to talking to some of you, and hopefully finding help but also giving a little also!!!

After this I just get a six pack, and girls come after that =)

I am hoping to lose hopefully more but i am setting my goal at about 30 pounds, Then i will see how things are then. I am starting with eating healthier and cutting back on calories and trans fat. I am trying to cut back to 2000 or less calories a day. Considering i used to get more than 3500 a day. Hopefully no trans fat because it is no good. So i think eating healthier and continuing to excersise will help lose some weight. Yeah i agree the girls come after the sixpack and what not.!!lol.
