Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum because I am looking for some advice on losing weight. I already lost quite a bit, but it feels as if I have lost motivation. I desperately want to lose more but I am having a hard time staying focused. I thought that this forum could inspire me again :)
 
Desperation is never a productive way to feel - makes a person do unreasonable things and kills their expectations.

Finding your motivation is a big thing... you really need to ask yourself - the honest reasons why you want to lose weight...

And what's derailing you..

Spend some time reading the stickied threads -they containa lot of good informaton that will help you put together a plan that you can stick with for the rest of your life.

Start yourself a diary - it's a great way for people to get to know you better. and read other's diaries.. and get to know them

Welcome to the forum!! :) I really think this is a good place to find motivation! The Before, during and after pictures section is a huge inspirational and motivational section for me, the challenges section, and, as mentioned above, the diary section too! Best wishes!!
