Hi, Im new here.
Ive been struggling with weight recently, Im up to 218lbs, im only 5'8.
I'm trying to eat 1000 calories a day, or less, and I burn 600 calories each day in the gym.
Is this a good plan, and how quick will I start seeing results? Thanks.
