Hello, Im new here, and I just wanted to introduce myself, Im in my second year of university, and I want to change my lifestyle. I want to become healthy and fit. I know that this will take time and I will have to put lots of effort into changing my habits, but im sure it will pay off in the end! :)

you have the same goal weight as me!!! although your a good 30 pounds ahead of me... lol... soo what are you doing to make the change???

Thanx for the warm welcome :). Well BisDasEnde, I have just started to make the change so momentum is building quickly!! I am watching what i eat, and staying within my calorie range for the day (about 500cal, less than i need to maintain my weight) and im excising 4 days a week, with whatever i can fit in, like walking or Billy Blanks Tea bo, and I do badminton once a week. Im definietly going for the combo, eating right, and keeping active, so hopefully I will keep it up and it will pay off :)
