Hey everyone! I am a 20 year old male college student. I weigh 270lbs and want to push that closer to 200lbs. I am 6'0". In Jr.high I maintained a good weight from being on the school's basketball team but when I entered high school I wanted to spend more time on my studies and did not play any sports. Slowly I gained wait and now I am 2 years into college studying to become a computer programmer and realize I need to do something. I have started by watching what foods I eat and adjusting them away from pizza, Raman noodles, and hamburgers to a more healthy and organic lifestyle. I have started conditioning again (started this morning) I had forgot how much work exercising is but afterwards I felt so great. So I'm here for motivation and focus best of luck to all and I'll see yawll around the forum.
