Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site and I am still trying to figure out how this all works! I am 5ft and about two years ago I weighed 184.5. I went to the Dr, for just a general check up and was told I needed to lose some weight. I started the very next day and with in the months following I managed to lose 48 pounds. Now almost two years later, the scale is creeping up on me and I am having a hard time getting back on track. I think I need support, hopefully this is the place to start. Any advise would be appreciated! Thanks!

Well I suggest baby steps. Add in some walking or running and build your way up. Change your diet if you need to and so on. Good luck

What had worked for you in the past? Are you getting any regular exercise?

start with small, postitive changes . . and stick with em!

Thisis a great place to jott down daily menues and activities to help you keep track and see how you do day to day week to week,also what helps me is joining CHALLANGES!There is a couple right now going 1 is a XMAS challange it is a 6 week challange the other is NOV 2lb challange basically try to lose 2 lbs a week.GL and you'll do gr8 Tammy:waving:
