Hi everyone. I just joimed today.. I am in nedd of some help advice and mostly motivation!!! I recently had a baby ...I gained 55 pounds!! yikes.. I know!! I HAVE already lost about 45 pounds!.. between 5 and ten more and I will be back to where i was pre pregnancy.. doesnt seem too bad.. but before I got pregnant I wanted to lose ten or 15 pounds because I had gained that in about a year and a half of going out and having fun..I had stopped working out...
I used to be in pretty good shape. I worked out and ran ALOT. I also ate pretty healthy.. so I guess I pretty much know what I HAVE to do to get and stay in shape...BUT I need to be motivated.. I need inspiration and I REALLY need help with kicking a sugar/ carb and junk ADDICTION! I am definitely a binge eater. I have had this problem my whole life! I actually lost 30 pounds before.. and I basically had to go ALL OR NOTHING! There is no "cheat day" with me... and really no "junk or sweets in moderation"... I get a taste of it and I NEED more! :( Another thing is coffee.. I would LOVE to be able to stop drinking it.. I know it is not the best thing for me!...SO if anyone can help it is VERY much appreciated!!...ps... My goal is to be healthy, happy, confident, and to lose 20-25 pounds!! :
 
Hey I'm new as well. I'll be here for motivation if you need it. It has helped me a bit to read other peoples' posts. Weight loss seems so simple when its 'hypothetical' as in you're reading about someone else doing it!! haha.

Congrats on the 45. how did you do it?
 
Hi.. thankyou. ;) I'll help you out too!! :) The 45 I lost... 15 was from the birth.. well approx.. w baby and placenta and whatver else!!!.. I basically just wasnt eating too much junk.. but I wasn't exactly dieting either. I really didnt do much at all.. except for about 7 of it. I had a c section that after 4 weeks opened up and got infected.. so I really wasnt up and about too much until 8 weeks after delivery. Then I started walking almost every day and I went to the gym a couple days.. (it has only been 4 more weeks.).. so that is how I lost the last 7.. but I havent been doing much AT ALL for about 2 weeks.. and I have been having a really hard time eating!... I feel like I am constantly hungry!!..and my weight has been the same ever since. :( ... ( I think a lot of the weight I gained was water weith,..?? I was SOOO puffy.. lol.. and for it to come off like that???? uggghhh Im frustrated!! :(
