hi im new . Im here because... im fat. i feel terrible all the time. i try to excersie alot.people laugh at me and makes me feel een worse. i try to cut down on eating and stuff but it makes me hungrier. help me!!!
 
hey there,
dont let anyone else get to you. you need to decide that you wanna lose the weight because its what YOU want... not because its what you think other people want you to do. once you take that step it makes it all the easier to actually start to lose the weight.
if you feel uncomfortable going to a gym or something to work out work on getting you eating under control and maybe doing some walking and then when you feel more comforatble and build up a fitness base you will feel better about going to a public gym. but dont worry about waht other people think. kudos to you for making the decision to take control!
