Hello!
I just googled up a weight loss forum and this was the first one on the list.
In the last few weeks i've noticed that i'm gaining back weight that I lost. I was at a car show the last weekend and seeing all of the young fit models really made the idea of losing some weight and toning up that much more desirable. I've never been overweight.. But I think that I carry too much for my height. Weighing the same as my 5"9 boyfriend makes me feel pretty chubby
Since Feb I lost 10 lbs. But recently it all came back.
I'm about 5"2, 135-140 lbs. My BMI is 25%. Borderline over weight.
Im unsure of what my ideal weight is since im naturally a curvy woman. I think in my head a good goal weight would be 15 lbs. So I have joined up for some good pointers, and inspiration to work hard and changing my eating habits. I'm a pretty lazy person. I've already started buying healthier foods though...
