Hi,
I registered here because I've recently become interested in losing weight and want to get better habits before I graduate University and start 'real life'.
This is the second time I've had a serious go at losing weight, the first time at age 18 was brutally effective where I went from around 115kgs (it isn't as bad as it sounds because I'm 6'4") to around 85kgs (which is very skinny for me) in around two and a half months. Two years later and I'm about 105kgs.
I'm planning to do something more sensible and take a more holistic long-term sustainable approach than my previous effort which was 100% geared at getting maximum weight loss in minimum time.
I'm joining a gym with my next paycheck; I chose this gym because they have an experienced nutritionist (completing their PhD) and a personal trainer with extensive experience in weight lifting.
I'm an avid computer user, love forums and I hope I can gain a lot and give back a lot to this one
