Hello all. I'm Nathan and I was roaming the old internet and decided, stop looking at silly stuff, and try to find a good place to read and talk to others about weight and weight loss. Well i made my descision to start losing weight at the end of August when i joined up to a gym. I always loved lifting weights and the like , but i was always geared towards football and getting big. Now after being away from football, 6 years later and a culinary degree later i found myself at 410 pounds. I worked out real hard and i'm now down to 365 pounds. Which is not quite where i wanted to be but its a start
i suppose (the holidays kinda screwed with my whole schedule). Its been quite a challenge for me because i'm a chef and always around food. I just found the site tonight and wanted to see and learn from others because i still have a long way to go. Anyway .. as always i've talked to much, so if anyone wants to talk about things or has any decent tips hit me up and have a great day!
