Hi everyone

Just started here in this forum and I'm looking forward to lossing the weight I hope to loss. If anyone has any advice on how to begin and stay motivated please let me know. I have been struggling for years with my weight. I just want to be at a healthy weight and live a longtime so I can see my children grow-up.:)

I am new too! I am doing the same thing as you - trying to care for myself so that I am there for my kids and husband. I need support too! It seems so easy to just sit on the couch at night and eat to feel better. I don't feel better after, but it seems like such an easy fix. How about you? What are you having problems with?
 
Begin by forming a plan. What works best for me is preparing my food in advance. Set aside meals for yourself and bring them with you to work. It really helps.
 
I'll echo that advice by ensuring you that have you formulate a plan and apply the discipline and motivation to pursue it, you will reach your goal! You've definitely started out on the right foot by actively seeking out advice. What do you do for fitness?
