Just registered and saying hello to everyone. I am looking forward in starting this journey to lose weight. I noticed myself starting to gain weight in the past couple of months. The highest I've seen is around 240, and i dropped down to around 215. Now, I am back up to 227. At first, I tried to blame my clothes b/c they were getting tight, then I took note of the weight gain. So did my GF, parents and others. My goal is to get down to around 170-180.
