Hello everyone Im Tony. Im a moderator at Fitness.com and since this is the "sister" site I thought I would come over and help whoever I can help.
 
My goodness!
I feel like all the big boys just stepped into the pond to play! (Having had 3 OLDER brothers - this feels comfortable)!

You guys have worked hard to get to where you're at, and with it comes a wealth of knowledge and inspriation - I'm looking forward to getting both :D
 
Oh, and while I'm at it...Derwyddon - I LOVE your avatar!

I have been a member here for a while, just never was very active. Got some free time on my hands and looked around and figured, why not start helping out. :)
