I'm a newbie and just wanted to greet everyone. I'm 23 and I just realized that I needed to get back in shape when I felt winded walking and talking for about 1/2 a mile plus i have a few vanity punds I'd like to lose. So I'm really focusing on my eating habits and excersise especially cardio. So if anyone has some good healthy recipes please let me know about them.

well i found the best way to lose the unwanted fat is making a schedule and sticking to it, also there are these access bars from melaluca that help to burn stored fat before anything else when you exercise. i find that those really helped me
