Hellooo!

Im 17 years old and have decided that now is the time i want to do something about my weight!

Im not really sure where to start... i have cut virtually all fat out from of my diet and im unsure of what amount of calories i should be eating and the amount of excersize i should be doing so any help would be appreciated :)

Im around 201 pounds and 5 ft 10/11 so i want to get down to 150, with excersize evryday and a low calorie diet how long do you think it will take to lose the 50 pounds... i hope by september/october really :)

Welcome to the WLF :)

I think your goal is pretty reasonable, and if you aren't at 50 pounds lost by Sept/Oct, you could be very close to that!

Also - your body needs fats (the good fats especially), you might not want to cut them out so drastically.

Have you checked out or ? They are sites for tracking calories, nutrition and fitness.

That FitDay is amazing! I thought i'd never find a free tool like that! I can't use SparkPeople because im not 18 :( but FitDay is excellent!

Ive upped my calories today from 823 yesterdat to 1207 today, feel much better after my workout today than yesterday (felt dizzy yesterday - not enough food i predict) ive found that replacing most of the ''bad'' fats i was eating with fibre has helped alot! Less fat, more fibre... seems easy enough! Plus its really filling... Anyway thanks for the tips ill start recording more in my diary now :)

Cant get enuff of this site now... really helping me x
