Hellooo!
Im 17 years old and have decided that now is the time i want to do something about my weight!
Im not really sure where to start... i have cut virtually all fat out from of my diet and im unsure of what amount of calories i should be eating and the amount of excersize i should be doing so any help would be appreciated
Im around 201 pounds and 5 ft 10/11 so i want to get down to 150, with excersize evryday and a low calorie diet how long do you think it will take to lose the 50 pounds... i hope by september/october really
