... What plans do you have as far
as diet and exersicing?

Hi! I have just started going to the gym in the mornings before work (that's why I posted so early this morning). I plan on doing around 30 - 45 minutes a day working out. Nothing is concrete as far as what type of exercises I will do each day. I am thinking of doing about 30 min of cardio and 15 min of weight training five days a week in 15 - 15 - 15 intervals (15 min cardio followed by 15 min weight and another 15 min cardio).

The exercise part isn't what is going to be difficult for me though. Having a balanced diet will be my biggest struggle. I am so used to eating untill I am full, and it takes a lot of food to fill me up. It is also almost impossible for me to get the recommended 5 small meals a day because of my job. So I am stuck with the traditional 3 meals a day. This causes trouble because when I get home in the evening I grab the first thing I see laying around (most of the time it's some sort of junk food like cookies or chips). I also have a problem with some times not eating. I'll sometimes get up and not eat anything at all and won't realize that I haven't eaten untill late that evening. This is only really only a problem during the weekends though. If I can gain control of my diet I think it would be no problem losing weight. I just need to work out a meal plan that I'll be able to stick to.
