Doing the challenges, logging your weight and then looking back at what you used to be i suppose.
Coffee, soup, and low fat sweetened yogurt is great for filling up and using little calories, tricking your tummy into feeling more full than it is :)

Thank you so much i read some of your diary last night you have done very well and the changes are amazing. It is nice to see that it can be done. :)

I tried it once and its funny how reading back 6 months is. The whole attitude changes etc
