Hello i am new to this im 5'11 my weight is 248 i am 18 years old.. i just wanted to know what to stay away from and what to eat.... i plan on eating apples bananas Oranges strawberries...no white bread... im thinking about eating ever 3-4 hours... im tryin 2 drop down 2 about 190 -200 thats my long goal but my short goal is about 222 i do smoke cig's but tryin 2 quit.. and i plan on running everday and lifting... any advice would help
