Hello

Hello i am new to this im 5'11 my weight is 248 i am 18 years old.. i just wanted to know what to stay away from and what to eat.... i plan on eating apples bananas Oranges strawberries...no white bread... im thinking about eating ever 3-4 hours... im tryin 2 drop down 2 about 190 -200 thats my long goal but my short goal is about 222 i do smoke cig's but tryin 2 quit.. and i plan on running everday and lifting... any advice would help
 
Welcome to the forum, and take a look around the boards. Their are lots of people who have the exact same goal as you, and the advice has been given hundreds of times. After looking around, if you still have questions feel free to make another thread.
