Hi Everyone.
I've been poking around in the forum for a couple of weeks now, and have decided to join.
I'm 19 about 5'6 and 174lbs. My goal weight is to be between 135 and 140. I've done this whole weight loss thing before when I was at me peak weight (215lbs) about 3 years ago. Lately the number on the scale keeps getting bigger and bigger. I fell into a junk food craze! I have decided it is time to do something because I don't want to go back to where I was 3 years ago.
I have hired a personal trainer and I get to meet him today and discuss my needs. For the past couple of weeks I have been eating 6 small meals a day each within 200-250 cals so about 1200 and 1500, and working out for an hour about 4-5 times a week.
Any suggestions welcome!!
