I am currently at the age of 19 years old. I weigh in at 245lbs. I am standing at 5'10" tall and have a waist of 38. I am trying to lose weight first off for myself, and second to look better for spring break, summer. The problem with me and previous trys to lose weight is that i am really into weight/power lifting. Since i am into that my food intake consist of lots of protein and carbs and sugar. I am trying to get down to atleast 210lbs. or maybe even 200lbs. by atleast june 1. Any help or knowledge that you can give me will be great. Thank you.
 
welcome to the forum biggers :) your question requires more professional knowledge so i suggest you post it at a thread calle 'Harsh truth', i'm sure someone will give you the right answer.
apart from that, open your diary, track what you eat. you will find lots of helpful resources.
