Hi my name is Hunter Rose
i am a 22 year old man who currently is very overweight
I have no clue how to change in all honesty though I want to. I am afraid of going outside due to ridicule I currently weight around 320lbs I used to weigh 350 about 6 months ago. I used to walk cause I worked at mcdonalds but now I am too afraid to go outside because of my looks. I am poor, and I have no money to spend on Exercise Equipment, and I could use all the help I can get to get to my goal weight of 200 - 210 lbs if that is possible

You've done the right thing...

You have reached out to others who have experienced what you are going through and are achieving success in their weight loss.

Being poor isn't an excuse to losing weight. There are plenty of people who are the "have not's" and are losing weight. You don't have to have expensive equipment to lose weight. You don't have to have expensive food to lose weight.

My suggestion is that you focus on your food intake. Try to eat fresh meats and vegetables instead of prepared food. It will take a little longer to prepare but it will be healthier.

Another suggestion is to overcome and win the war of your self esteem. It doesn't matter what other people think. You can get back to walking. Don't worry about others.

True I guess some of those parts are kinda ridiculous; but I've always had self esteem issues. I guess going out for a walk for a while would be good.
