Hello, I suppose I'm a bit nervous posting here which is why I've had the window with this post in it open for around 20 minutes now, I've never really asked for help with losing weight. I was browsing the internet trying to find out how to lose 100 pounds, and came across this site. I'm 6' 2", and weigh about 320 pounds. I want to drop down to around 225. I lift weights often and sometimes do sit-upts and push-ups, But don't really run. I know losing 100 pounds will take time, But hope to be down to around 280 or 290 by my birthday in January.
