Hello, my name is Josey, I'm from Australia and overweight.
I really hope this is the last time I attempt to lose weight and become healthier. I seem to always get to the point of starting and then I easily sink back into my horrible habits of laziness and bad eating.
I have a lot of problem with motivation, leaving the house and doing things alone due to depression and social anxiety which is why I believe I've struggled in the past.
I'm wondering what the best methods to be organised before I even begin, like what foods do people find easy to meal prep and how long they last in the fridge, what I should include in a journal and how should I set it out, basic clothing that I'll be needing to exercise, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
