How are you? Reading your post has made me really broody lol! I'm 30 and getting to the point where I would love a child. Although I've been with my partner for 3yrs and we have no immediate plans to start a family i am aware my biological clock is ticking so to speak but at 16stone I need to get a healthy body as our time will come in the next few yrs or so. If I were to fall pregnant at this weight i would be absolutely huge lol!
You should start a diary. It's a place to go to just put in what your doing every day or every other day and what your eating etc. It gives everyone a chance to give advice or tips if they can see what your doing etc.
You may also want to put on your current weight, what your goal weight is and what areas you maybe want to tone up etc and people will help you along the way.
