Hello members of the WLF forum. As you can see I barely registered in this forum. I am seeking for help and advice from people with experience.
Ok. To start off I will fill you guys in details about myself.
I'm 16 ; 5'5 in height and weight about 220 pounds. I have finally come to the point where i want to get rid of this fat for good. It's almost summer time and the heat is coming
. In my opinion this season is the best season to burn weight, so I really want to make something out of this summer vacation. I do understand that during this process I will need to be committed into loosing weight and in great shape. I recently began to smoke tobacco , and it's killing me every time I want to exercise. I do understand the very first thing to do is quit the nicotine and move on to bigger things. So for that today is going to be my first day not smoking nicotine ( I know i've said that many times before but today will be official ). I do realize that i can not over-eat my calorie intake as it will result to gaining more weight. I need to know what i should do, where i should start.
Can someone provide the help i seek?
