Hiya I'm new to the forum and have been exercising for about two weeks. I cut out soda as my new years resolution and I don't drink any =]. I also added more fiber to my diet and have been eating smaller portions and I cut out midnight snacking which was a big habit I always ate between 12am - 2am. But not anymore. =] I have my son who will be two this year and I have been trying to loose the pooch since he was born and I find I bounce around in weight a lot now. Well that is a little bit about me.

Great to hear you are exercising and cutting back on portions.
