im 21 years old , 5.6 height , 150 lbs body weight

im not too begginer but i want to know where should i put my pciture to get good workout program ?

Welcome to the forum! I don't think that posting a picture will help as much as telling us your fitness goals and what your diet and exercise are like at the moment.
