Just a quick intro to me;

I am a Personal trainer by trade and curious fool by nature.

I run HamsFitness and hope to be around here more often than not as time permits.

what type of training do you do? Meaning for performance, appearance, major weight loss, youths, adults, what?

Hi again,

My training consists of lifting weights for asthetics and strength, my performance related training is boxing/kickboxing and has been for years - I just live the heavy bag and a good sparring session - clears my mind if that means anything.

My clients all work toward their goals using a mix of Smart resistance training and cross training - they seem to all want constant variety:)

I guess I have a lot of influence from PAvel, Ripptoe, HIT, Crossfit etc.



My CPT? I am unsure - do you mean continued professional training?
