Hello To all

Hi I am New member for this Forum.I am from Nepal of the age 17 years. I work in office. I Want to know how could I be fit since my belly is getting bigger and bigger. Which fitness exercise is better for me to reduce my belly and get fit always ? Any one have any suggestion for me. And even I had done exercise some years before without any coaching, whether the bigger belly may be of the same reason?
So, Friends Help me to get fit.
