Hello,I am Bill 25 yr old 6'4 350lbs. I started my weight lost some time at the beginning of last year. I currently started at 385lbs worked hard all year long and got down to 309. I felt really great was going to the gym 5-6 days a week doing around a hour of cardio and eating really well. When winter time came around I started going out of town every weekend hunting etc... and I started with the fast food again not exercising in gym and everything went down hill. I have tried a few times to get my self back in the right habit and routine like before but just keep falling. I go good for 2 weeks maybe a month then just loose motivation and start slacking again and once I mess up I feel like crap about myself and can't get going again. My short time goal weight was getting to 285 and I was so close at 309 but then just went downhill and can't find my way back up. Any help or opinions will be appreciated. Hard to say this but I feel like a loser for giving up!!

Hey Bill, just wanted to say you are a winner man. You lost 74lbs on your own. I understand how easy it can be to fall back to old habits. Have you tried cooking all your food? Fast food isn't just unhealthy. It has tons of chemicals you don't even want in you. Did you know you don't need a gym to get a good workout? Have you ever tried high intensity interval training or body weight exercise? You can do a high intensity workout in just 15 minutes. It doesn't have to be difficult to stay on the wagon. Make quick snacks to eat later in the day. Do you like cheese? You can check out my blog for more ideas howistayfit.blogspot.com.

Good luck Bill, and Great work so far.
