I'm new to the site and am currently 32, 5' 4" and 157lbs. I have managed to put on about 15lbs since my wedding in 2007. While I realize this is somewhat common, however, I am now completely unhappy with my body.

I hope to use this forum as not only a support, but also to gain insight into the optimal eating and exercise programs other women have had succes with here. I have read much conflicting information and would like get other perspectives on these topics.

Hi!

I'm right along the same lines...just unhappy with my habits which have led me to weight gain. Working late...skipping the gym, yoga...do you like yoga? I suggest Bikram Yoga...if you're up for a good athletic challenge. Google it and you can find a studio near you possibly!
