Hi there. I have been looking for an online support for a while and this one looked like a good one! I have been on a roller coaster of weight loss/gain for a couple years now and I really need to get control of the situation.

welcome to the forum. i to have been on a roller coaster with my weight. i have been hanging in there even when i don't meet my goals. i suggest creating a diary and reading other peoples postings for encouragement. i am sure you will reach you goal just take it one step at a time :)
 
My plan is very simple.

1.) Healthy diet, lower calories

2.) Incorporate exercise into my life again...cardio, yoga, weights...etc

This is of course easier said than done alot of the time. Espesialy when juggling the things in life I have on the go right now, such as full time corespondence school(university level) part time job, three kids and my husband works outta town (2-3 weeks away, 1 week home) I am trapped in my house for looonnnggg stretches of time, leaving me bored, and Im sure lots of you know what that can lead to, eating junk, and getting un-motivated!

So, Wish me luck. and help me stay motivated when I am lonley, bored and feeling like a bird in a cage!
 
Best of luck to you in achieving your goals. Sounds like you got a solid plan, now you just need to put it into action. :) I know it seems overwhelming with all that life throws at you in your daily activities, but if you plan your meals and schedule exercise a head of time, you will find it much easier. If you wait to see if you will get time in a certain day, that time will never come.
