My wife and I have been on a healthy track to maintain a healthy lifestyle for many years now. We have been eating properly and exercising regularly (mainly walking and minimal weight training) and basically watching what we put into our mouths. I hope to be able to share some of this knowledge as well as gain knowledge from all of you in this forum. Now that we're in our 50's maintaining a healthy lifestyle is of utmost importance.
