hello this is Rahul, I want weight loss

Hello Dear All,

This is Rahul from India,

I doing yoga ( Pranayaam), when I doing it regular, then I feel ok, but some times I do not do, or not doing in two or three months, then weight gain 3-4 kg per months. please suggest, how can I weight loss.

How about starting up your yoga again? Is there a reason you can't do it? Do you do any other exercise? How's your eating? Making some small, progressive changes that you can make part of your lifestyle will lead to weight loss and a healthier you.

If I had more info on you I might make more specific recommendations.

Get back into yoga! In America we call Pranayaam "Pranayama" and that's all about breathing. It's excellent that you are losing weight that way! Good for you.

Give us more info like Sarah suggests. To get you started... here are 5 tips to fat loss...

1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.


2) Drink lots of water :)


3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 24-48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.


4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.


5) Strength Training. Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method.


All of the above things combined will result in fat loss.

Hi Rahul,

That's really good that you are trying natural ways to lose weight. In my view natural ways are the best to lose weight and does not have any side effects. But i have seen people who continue to do exercise and aerobics keep themselves fit and fine, but as they stop doing that they start gaining weight. As in your case also you start gaining again.

I have seen people taking various diet pills like , Adipex, Bontril etc. for fast weight loss but does not do anything after losing weight. If a person want to take diet pills than he/she should take proper diet and continue to do exercise. I read this information on one of the good websites.
