Hello there

hi i would like to inriduce myself ....

my name is jim and i am 22 years old... 182cm and 85kg...

my target is be healthiers and spread this idea... but also i want to bit fit as hell :p ....

i like to do bicep curls, interval exersize, a little bit of cardio but not raw running i like to play basketball instent... intense basketball.

for morning i eat yougurt with oats and a little bit of honey... i am not happy about that but i like sweets :( ... so i eat my sweet at the morning.... after this probably a snak with a fruit with low GI some almonds (i think) and yogurt again... (i cant start my day by eating chicken etc :( ) then meat with salads (chicken red meat and tuna mostly).... i am trying to eat my cards in the morning so i can "slow down" myself during the day...

i workout 2 hours a day... at least... 1 hour of interval... at the morning ( 5-6 hours) then 1 hour of weight at the evening (7-8 hours)

i cant join the gym so i have a pair of dumbels to train and i buy extra weights whenever i can do more than 16 reps...

thats who i am :D .... so PLEASE i need your comments :) .... dont be kind with me :p ... hight targets achived by hard work.... so give me some hard work :p ... see you soon... thanks for your time :D
 
Hey Jim,

I think you might do well by reading the sticky threads in these sections: Weight Training and Nutrition.

You should be able to find a lot of good information to help you create a good program for yourself. Once you've read them, post what your plan is and I'm sure you will be able to get some great feedback.
