My username is Monk3yB0y100 as I'm sure many of you can read and I'm just basically pointing out the obvious, because I don't really know what to say on introduction posts, sorry :cheeky:
I'm currently 15, I turn 16 in May this year.
My height is 5'11.
I weight 10 - 10 stone and 11 pounds (Not to sure as I haven't weighed since September 2009, but I weighed 10 stone and 11 pounds, but I'm sure I haven't but on any more weight.)
My goal from joining here is to get some tips and get someone to help me with making a personal training schedule.
My goal is to improve my heart and lungs. Build triceps, chest, abdominal and leg muscles. In a training schedule I want running, walking and weight lifting to be included and any other exercises I can do without needing to pay.
Bare in mind, I can't swim but I am going to pay for lessons soon.
