Hello there,
I am a newbie here.
I want to lose some weight.
My weight is 90 kg now, my height is 160 cm.
I have been keeping to veganism since the 30 of January (today is the fifth day).
I have already lost 600 grams.
I do exercises every day: sit-ups, exercises for my back, for arms (light dumbbells); soon, when my stepper will be delivered, I am going to do stepping exercises.
I combine exercising and listening to audiobooks to enjoy the process.
I try to avoid fried food because I think too much oil is not healthy.
But sometimes I eat steamed or boiled food, (brussels sprouts, cauliflower or broccoli) or preserved food (green and black olives).
 
Forgot to add: I am 27, my BMI is 35.2.
