Hello!

On here I'm going by the name Divergent, and I have decided tonight that I will take the plunge and try to become a healther weight.

Um... I don't really know what to say about myself... I used to dance alot, and I'm planning to get back into that. I turned Pescetarian a few years ago, and for those of you who don't know what that is it's basically like being Vegetarian, but I eat fish and other seafood.

I like reading in my spare time when I'm not studying like crazy... I have four pet chickens... I like to sleep... I write alot and have dreams of one day becoming a published author... I like Asian Ball Jointed Dolls... I like Japan and it's culture... and I'm obsessed with moisturising cream.

So it's nice to meet you, and please don't be too harsh on me ^0^

Dancing is a wonderful form of exercise and lots of fun too.

Walking was my key form of exercise in my big weight loss project - but I started doing aerobics after I had lost a few stone. Now I not only go to aerobics once a week - but I go to salsa three times a week and zumba three times a week... I seem to have turned into a dancing addict... I still do some walking (not as much as I used to) but do a lot of dancing to make up for it.

What kinds of dancing do you like to do?

You clearly like eating fish. It is a very healthy food - as the healthy fats are good for us... I find salmon very good for giving me a nice low weight at the scales the next day.

You sound like a very interesting person - with pet chickens, studying and dolls. What do you study?

San is kicking off a new party game style challenge in a few days. Check out the link in my signature. They tend to be very motivating and also good for making new friends... San and I have a lot of weight loss experience (doing things in a healthy way) so joining it could be a great way of getting started on the right track.
