Hi, my name is Erica and I would like to lose 30 lbs. I was 122 lbs. before I got pregnant with my second child. I was 155 lbs. the day before I gave birth to him. I lost down to 135 lbs within several months of having him, but I've gained it all back and I rest at 155 lbs. again. I'm ready to get rid of the weight once and for all (until I get pregnant again, lol). I am on L1D3 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I am so very very sore but it feels good to know that I'm making progress. I am also eating 1400 calories a day. I am still breastfeeding my 19 month old several times a day, so I don't want to go any lower than that at first. Anyway, that's a rundown of my situation. I'm looking forward to getting to know people and becoming a part of some groups around here
