Hello everyone!

I'm Laura, 20 and have just found this site today so thought i'd introduce myself! I'm not looking to lose a massive amount of weight but i have put a bit more weight on over the holiday period than i would have liked so i wanna lose that weight so i can feel comfortable and confident in my clothes again!

I have tried to lose weight in a very unhealthy way in the past but i have learnt that it does not work and it's dangerous both psyically and mentally so i'm gonna do it the right way this time :) I'm basically just gonna exercise and eat healthily. I already a member of a gym so that won't be a problem! However i am at uni and the lifestyle doesnt exactly promote healthy living but i'm gonna try my hardest!

I'm currently 140 pounds and i'm looking to lose between 9 and 11 pounds to bring me to around 130 pounds. I'm 5' 7'' and have been active all my life as i used to be a dancer. I'm aiming to exercise as much as possible because i enjoy it and am aware that it will help raise my metabolism!

I'm going to keep my own personal journal to monitor my progress and i will probably start a dairy on here aswell!

you aynt got much to lose have you! - start up a diary as soon as you can.

Thank you!! Nope i havent really go that much to lose but it's still making me feel uncomfortable so i want to get rid of it :)
