Im new here so i thought I would take a few minutes and introduce myself!
My name is lisa and Im a mother of 6 with a grandbaby on the way due in Jan 09 !
I had my last baby in july of 07 she just turned 1 last week.
Before I became pregnant with my baby in 2007 I had just lost 90lbs, I have to say that I didnt do it healthy . I pretty well just did eat and when I did it was cheese and crackers for about a yr! I was going through a divorce and just didnt seem to think about eating ! I have to say that even though I didnt lose the weight right that was the best i felt in yrs. I was active and my body didnt hurt ! When I left my husband in Aug of 2005 i was a size 24 and weighing in at 260 lbs ! By summer of 2006 I was a size 12 and was weighing roughly 170 lbs !
Im so desperaltley (sp) wanting to get back in shape as this past yr has been extremely hard on my body! I walked out of the hospital after the birth of my daughter a size 10 but i gained it all back sitin in the house and taking care of my girl! Sorry excuse I know ! My back hurts, my joints hurt all my bones hurt ! So it is time to get into action.
So my plan is this ,
To cut out all sweets, sodas, fast food and cut down meal sizes !
To try and walk at least 4 times a week for 30 mins! ( this is the start)
I would like to lose about 30 punds by xmas! ( dont want to set it to high )
so thats me and my story !
