Hello everyone,

My name is Bo, and like you probably geussed I'm new to this forum. I'm not new to weight loss, and weight gain unfortunatly :)

The first time I went on a diet was when I was 9 so you can say I was a chubby child! But I have always been happy with the way I looked, untill puberty hit, and when I was 14 I lost 8 kilo, which is about 17 pounds. But I gained it all and an extra 12 kilo, about 26 pounds, after a few negative events...

Since then I have been a constant jojo up 11 pounds, down 11 pounds. But now that I'm 19 I want to lose it al! My goal now is 65 kilo, 143 pounds, which means I have to lose about 15 kilo, 33 pounds. I hope to reach this goal with more exercise and Weight watchers!

I'm sorry if the kilo-pounds thing is confusing, I'm from belgium and we all talk in kilo's and is really hard to think in pounds... :D
