Alright. This is my first time on this site. I just did a Google search for a weight loss forum and now here I be...

My name is Kelly and I have been overweight since I have had my three kids. But I was pretty much in denial about the whole thing until recently. As a child I was very healthy. As a teen I was pretty and in great shape. And when I met my husband I just started to emotionally eat. I don't eat junk food but I eat huge portions at dinner.

For the last week I have been doing pretty good. I'm trying to keep it under 1000 calories with lots of fruits and veggies. My cut off time at night is 6pm.

I have been doing a half hour on the cross-trainer. Then I do a little dancing along with 5lb weights and some sit ups. If I'm feeling really hot I might do some lunges.

But I did have a slight relapse last night. My husband is kind of a jerk and we had some company over. He thought that I was out of hearing range and I heard him tel this other couple how much I weighed. And then they laughed a little bit. And I heard the other couple say, "Dude, I don't think that she would appreciate you telling us this.."

So Anyway...I had a couple of beers and ate a lean frozen dinner meal at midnight. Last night I thought that I ruined it. But this mornings work out was met with a vengeance!
