Hello! Somewhat new to fitness and looking for advice.

Hey all! Nice to meet ya!

I'm a college student looking to shape up. Recently I've changed my lifestyle; I used to be very unhealthy because of certain bad habits, but over the past two years I've cleaned up and adopted healthier activities like bike-riding.

As for my physique, I'm not intending to become very muscular (though some muscle is nice!) and I'm of average/thin size so I don't need any dramatic weight loss. I just want to reduce my waist by a few centimeters and bulk-up my legs a bit. I am wondering what forum it would be appropriate to discuss this and get info.

There probably isn't one particular forum section that will help - you'll probably find usefull information throughout the forums. One of the best things would probably be to look at some of the journals in the journal section to get ideas for what others have done and you might find something that interests you.
